My standard international shipping method is by Australia Post's fast
and efficient Air Mail Service. The Air Mail shipping cost is a snip and on a sliding scale so generally the
more you buy the cheaper shipping is per pair. Up to an AU$260 order value Air Mail shipping is only AU$45.00 and
is then another AU$35.00 per AU$260 extra order value (to a maximum total shipping cost of AU$150.00).
Combined with my low prices you will often get a much lower
total cost than many so-called 'free shipping' services. See the table above.
Shipping times can vary with Air Mail - sometimes delivery can be in just a week or so, but, to be safe,
especially with possible security delays, please allow an average of 2 to 3 weeks for delivery from first contact
if paying online, or longer if mailing me a Money Order (if items are out of stock I will put your boots on backorder unless
you tell me not to).
If you would like to use another shipping method I offer Express Post International (which
is about a week quicker than Air Mail) for an extra (over and above the applicable cost of extra
air mail shipping for that size order) AU$15.00 per pair of boots (to a maximum shipping cost of AU$150)
- or trackable fast Courier Delivery (via Express Courier International which takes about 3 days to most
destinations, once shipped) for an extra (over and above the applicable cost of extra air mail shipping for
that size order) AU$30.00 per pair of boots.
If you live in a country with a slow mail service (such as Italy) I recommend paying
the extra for Express Post which is generally looked after much better.
Insurance
is available, subject to the terms and conditions of the postal authorities, for an additional AU$8.50 per pair.
Insurance is not available with Air Mail to some countries, in particular Canada and Germany.
Deliveries to Australian addresses are via Express Post or courier (at my discretion).
Collection in Brisbane can usually be arranged on request. Insurance is, I am afraid, not currently offered to
addresses within Australia.
Claims
for non delivery or damage in transit for UNINSURED items will not generally be accepted. I strongly recommend
you protect yourself by adding insurance when you order from overseas.
VERY IMPORTANT!! Please make sure you have ordered
the correct Australian sizes - see the advice on this site and ask any questions you need to - never guess!
You can order and pay direct online by using the Shopping
Cart on the Prices page - make sure you specify the style and Australian size you require plus your full postal delivery
address - remember to allow for the shipping charges (plus AU$8.50 insurance, No Worries Guarantee costs and faster shipping
upgrade if applicable).
Or pay by MONEY ORDER or BANK DRAFT (payable
to Michael Green - not Mick Green as my bank is a bit formal!) - confirm your order by email first please
- then mail your order together with an International Money Order (from any reputable financial institution) for the
total amount. If paying in by bank draft or money order in non-Australian currency please add the equivalent of AU$10
to cover bank costs at my end.
I also accept WESTERN UNION MONEY TRANSFERS (payable to
Michael Green) - see the link below. Just email your order and send a Money Transfer to match. To help you locate your
most convenient Western Union agency, a link to Western Union is provided below. US$ are fine for Western Union if you
convert using the Currency Conversion tool at my site as there is no bank charge at this end.
Don't forget to include the shipping charge in your total
payment (plus AU$8.50 insurance and 'No Worries' Guarantee costs if applicable).
I accept direct credit card payments online via
the excellent PayPal shopping cart system. I can also, accept emailed or telephoned credit card payments.
I will also accept electronic transfers from your bank. This
may especially be a preferable arrangement for U.K. customers who can pay directly into my Barclays Bank account or Australian
customers who can pay to my bank account - please enquire for details.
Once again - to avoid disappointment please check you are ordering
the correct Australian size.
If you wish to
pay by another method please let me know and I'll see what can be arranged.
I aim to despatch orders within three working days
of payment being received or confirmed (based on Queensland time zones and working days) . There will, however, be occasions
when delays will occur, for example, shortage of stock, etc. In the event of delays of more than a few days I will endeavour
to email you to let you know. If I am unable to arrange despatch within a period acceptable to you I will refund your payment
and cancel the order. I cannot, however, be held responsible for any delays caused by matters outside my control - e.g.
postal delays, etc.
